Children’s yoga differs from adult yoga. Beyond the sport, yoga for children offers fun and creative activities to help them discover this discipline. Yoga not only helps strengthen the body and flexibility, but it also allows children to become aware of their breathing and emotions. They then learn to better manage their stress, and release their physical and mental tensions.
They will also put their imaginations at the service of the theater through games, exercises, improvisations, collective and individual work, and mutual listening. To laugh, to be moved, to reflect, to doubt, to stumble, to get up, to be in the present moment, it is all the theater and much more.
